We must also address the growing threat that China poses to our national security. China has been actively seeking to challenge America’s military superiority and influence around the world, and we must be vigilant in countering their aggressive actions. As your Congresswoman, I will fight against any efforts to feminize our military and undermine its ability to carry out its mission effectively. We must prioritize the recruitment and retention of the best and brightest to serve our nation and provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed. Our military must remain a force for good in the world, and I will work tirelessly to ensure that they are able to do so while countering the threat posed by China and other adversaries.
DEFENDING OUR REPUBLIC THROUGH ELECTION INTEGRITY
As your representative in Congress, I am committed to ensuring that every American citizen’s right to vote is protected and that the sanctity of our elections is maintained to preserve our strong republic. We must have confidence in the electoral process and trust that the outcomes truly reflect the will of the people. I will champion common-sense measures such as implementing Voter ID laws to ensure that only eligible American citizens can cast their vote, preventing illegal immigrants and deceased individuals from influencing our elections. Additionally, I will advocate for the use of paper ballots to provide a reliable, verifiable record of each vote, enhancing the security and transparency of our elections. Recognizing the potential vulnerability of electronic voting machines to hacking, I will push for their removal and replacement with more secure alternatives. I understand that while Texas has robust election laws, other states may be lacking in this regard, and their shortcomings can negatively affect Texans. To address this, I will advocate for regular maintenance of voter rolls nationwide to keep them accurate and up-to-date and work tirelessly to combat cyber threats and fraudulent practices. Defending our republic through election integrity is central to upholding the values that have made Texas and our great nation prosperous and free.
